ASPHALT BINDER TESTING
WesTest is the only independent AASHTO Accredited asphalt binder testing laboratory in Colorado We are accredited to perform:
- Superpave PG tests
- Penetration
- Kinematic viscosity of asphalt binders
- Absolute viscosity of asphalt binders
We also have the ability to recover asphalt binder from asphalt mixtures.
CONCRETE
We develop Portland cement concrete mix designs in our laboratory to meet project specifications using state-of-the-art admixtures to improve workability, finishability and cost effectiveness. We are AASHTO Accredited to perform mix designs to determine compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete.
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
WesTest can provide geotechnical engineering services for foundation design, pavement design and aggregate reserve evaluation.

WesTest is the leading designer of hot mix asphalt in Colorado. Our materials engineers evaluate aggregate production splits, properties, and project criteria to create a cost effective job mix formula that will meet the project specifications.
